Introduction to Manufacturing Sequences
Sauna production needs to go through 12 procedures, we are equipped with 6 QC, so the quality is more stable and higher.
1. Raw materials can enter the warehouse only after passing the test. (QC1)
2. QC check and confirm the size, model and order batch number to be correct and without defective products after cutting. (QC2)
3. After the parts are formed, QC will check whether the binding of the components is firm and correct according to the process requirements. (QC3)
4. We will cool and shape the wood for minimum 8 hours to enhance its stability. (QC4)
5. After the assembly is done, QC shall proceed the boot and run the test for at least half an hour. (QC5)
6. Disassemble and pack the finished product after passing the test. QC will check and ensure the parts and information are correct. (QC6)
Payment terms: 30% in advance, 70% balance before delivery.
